Terms & Conditions
Effective: 21 September 2026
Auction terms
Auctions are available only in Indonesia, in IDR, with Mayar payment. A phone number and saved Indonesian address are required; administrators cannot bid. Each auction shows its opening price and fixed increment. The highest bid is the auction price and what the winner pays; earlier equal bids win. A reserve is optional. Buy It Now disappears permanently after the first submitted bid. Late bids can extend the deadline by the stated soft close period. Winners must pay within the account deadline (24 hours by default, configurable from 1–72 hours). Nonpayment creates a strike; two active strikes within 12 months ban auction participation while ordinary shopping remains available. An active strike requires a standing deposit (Rp100,000 by default), which remains held after successful purchases and may be forfeited for nonpayment. Administrators review refund requests. Second chances are voluntary: accepting, declining, or ignoring an offer does not create an unpaid strike. Below-reserve offers require administrator approval. Unsold pieces return to draft.
