goddump ships from Bali, Indonesia, to Indonesian addresses and international destinations available at checkout.

Shipping cost and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout from the destination, order weight, and available courier services. The checkout quote applies to that order, and all transaction totals remain in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If an automatic quote is unavailable, the order cannot continue until shipping is confirmed through WhatsApp.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking is provided after handover to the courier. Courier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may change because of destination coverage, customs, holidays, or operational disruption.

Every thrift piece is an original, unique, one-of-one item. Sales are therefore final unless the delivered item is incorrect, damaged in transit, or materially different from its product photos and description.

Submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email, including the order number and clear photos or video of the parcel and item. Do not return an item before goddump confirms the return.

After an approved return is received and inspected, goddump will offer a replacement when available or a refund through an agreed method. goddump covers return shipping for our fulfilment error or transit damage. Change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection, and normal characteristics of vintage goods are not accepted.
