Shipping & Returns

goddump ships from Bali, Indonesia, to Indonesian addresses and to the international destinations offered at checkout.

Shipping cost and delivery estimates are quoted at checkout from the destination, the order weight, and the courier services that cover the address. Mayar is the checkout provider for Indonesian and international orders and charges in IDR through QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallet, or Alfamart. International buyers may instead choose PayPal and pay in USD. If no automatic quote is available for an address, the order cannot continue until the shipping cost is confirmed through WhatsApp.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. A waybill is then booked with the chosen courier, who either collects the parcel from goddump or receives it at one of its branches. The waybill number, the courier scans, and a tracking link appear on your order page as soon as the courier reports them. Courier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may change because of destination coverage, customs, holidays, or operational disruption.

When the courier reports the parcel as delivered, the order waits for you to confirm it from the order page. If 48 hours pass without a confirmation, the order closes on its own. A completed order opens the review form for each piece you bought.

Every thrift piece is an original, unique, one-of-one item. Sales are therefore final unless the delivered item is incorrect, damaged in transit, or materially different from its product photos and description.

Submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery — before you confirm receipt, or before the order closes on its own — by WhatsApp or email, including the order number and clear photos or video of the parcel and item. Do not return an item before goddump confirms the return.

After an approved return is received and inspected, goddump will offer a replacement when available or a refund through an agreed method, back to the channel you paid with wherever the payment provider allows it. goddump covers return shipping for our fulfilment error or transit damage. Change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection, and normal characteristics of vintage goods are not accepted.
