Yes — we hand-source from trusted Bali pickers and condition-rate every piece (New/Never Worn, Gently Used, Used, or Very Worn) and disclose all known flaws. Authenticity is non-negotiable. If we can't confirm it, we don't sell it.

Indonesia 3–7 business days via JNE. International 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking sent via email + WhatsApp.

Sales are final on 1-of-1 items — every piece is unique and we can't restock. Exchanges or refunds are only accepted if (a) the item arrives damaged in shipping, or (b) the item significantly differs from listing photos. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

On the product page under "Measurements" — always check before ordering. All measurements are taken flat with the garment laid out. Waist = waistband flat across (multiply by 2 for full circumference). Pit-to-pit = armpit seam to armpit seam (multiply by 2 for chest).

Cold wash inside-out, hang dry, never tumble dry on hot. Heat is what kills old fabric, prints, and embroidery. For dark denim and printed tees, wash less than you think. Spot-clean when you can. The patina is the point — these pieces have history, handle with love.
